Why are there problems? The majority of material you write on insulators such as plastics, paper, textiles, etc. Dust and dirt are attracted to a charged surface as iron filings to a magnet. If the material is being statically charged, they can attract dirt and dust from the environment. This phenomenon can in turn adversely affect the print quality due to the ink droplets are ejected and are focused by means of static electricity in the printer head, resulting in blurry prints. Small particles such as cutting dust, textile fibers or the like stuck to the charged surface are very difficult to remove. Unfortunately, the use of drying or blowing with compressed air cause more harm than good.

Can we conjure? No, it's unlikely. But, here is a solution. A combination of blowing with ionized air and vacuum extraction, allows us to discharge surface and particles so that the particles can be released from the surface. By integrating vacuuming we prevent the particles from moving around on the surface or blown out of the room. When the sheet reaches the printer head, it is dust-free and discharged so that the printer can do its job.
We have included some pictures showing the installation of an Agfa Anapurna. If you do not have access to compressed air or vacuum, we can offer you a suitable equipment package that fit your needs.
